Robert A. Hoffa - Legal Counsel
Robert A. Hoffa was born in West Reading, Pa. on March 4, 1957. He was raised in Berks County, Pa. Rob graduated from Washington and Jefferson College in 1979 with a degree in Political Science. He attended the Delaware Law School of Widener University and received his Juris Doctor in 1982.
In 1982, Rob became associated with Nino V. Tinari, PC in Philadelphia. The firm had an extensive criminal defense and personal injury practice. By 1986 Rob was the head of the civil division of the firm.

Rob has substantial trial experience in both Federal and State Courts. His trials have covered the legal spectrum from medical malpractice, wrongful death and product liability to Federal Criminal RICO conspiracy. Rob credits his civil trial success to his criminal defense background.
Being an avid horseman, Rob has developed a national equine law practice. He has represented horse associations, trainers, riding academies and breeders throughout the United States. He has been a presenter at the University of Kentucky Equine Law Seminar; a guest lecturer at Salem University as well as a speaker at numerous equine events. Rob has been instrumental in drafting legislation to benefit the horse community.
Rob is a member of the Agricultural Law Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is also the chairman of the Legislative Committee of the Pennsylvania Equine Council.
Rob has been a sole practitioner since 1992. In 2003, he relocated to Lycoming County with his wife, Jamie Klees and their daughter Taylor. They built a beautiful horse facility where they raise quarter horses.
In June 2005, Rob joined the firm where he will concentrate on personal injury and equine law.
