About Us...Our Proud Past
In 1953, the founder of our firm, Ambrose R. Campana, graduated from George Washington University Law School, in Washington D.C. and began practicing law in Williamsport, PA. At the time, his eldest son, Peter T. Campana was five years old.
Almost twenty years later, Peter joined his father in the law firm of Campana & Campana. In 1984, they moved their practice into the apartment building that Ambrose and his wife had purchased and occupied after they married in 1949. They refurbished only the first floor as tenants still occupied the second and third floors.
The firm expanded in 1987 when Ambrose’s daughter, and Peter’s sister, Angela Campana Lovecchio, and her husband, Marc F. Lovecchio, moved to Williamsport to practice law. At that time, 602 Pine Street became the home to a
"family" law firm. The name changed in 1992 to Campana, Campana & Lovecchio.
In 1997, a cousin from the Campana side, Michael C. Morrone joined the firm. In 2000, Marc’s brother, Christian A. Lovecchio also joined. The name once again changed in 2003 to Campana Lovecchio & Morrone, P.C.
Robert Hoffa, recently joined the firm as “of counsel”.
He is actually related to Pete and Angela through marriage.
Keeping it all in the " family" has been a positive aspect
for our firm. We care about each other’s cases as much as we do our own, and we are always there to help one another and our clients. We are a “hands-on” law firm. When you call us, you will talk to a lawyer, not a paralegal. We are always available and accessible as we have been for over 35 years.
